Immigration Physical - single visit, including QuantiFERON, rpr, gc labs if indicated: $500. If vaccine records are unavailable then additional fees will apply to document immunity to MMR $55, Varicella $40, Hepatitis B $30

Registration Fee - $75 per person, $125 per couple/family
