Dear Aspire DPC Family,

Happy Fall! We hope this message finds you well as we head into the final months of the year. Time is flying, and the holiday season is just around the corner. We have a few important updates to share with you:

Dr. Nath is Back!
We’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Nath has returned to the office and is now seeing patients daily. It’s been wonderful having her back on the team! Aspire DPC is currently accepting new patients, so if you have friends or family looking for a personalized and patient-centered healthcare experience, we’d love to welcome them. We’re happy to schedule meet-and-greet appointments throughout the week.

Holiday Hours
Our office will be closed during the following dates for the upcoming holidays:

  • Thanksgiving: November 27–30

  • Christmas: December 25–29

  • New Year’s Eve: Early closure on December 31

  • New Year’s Day: Closed on January 1

As always, either Dr. Gero or Dr. Nath will be on call for urgent matters during these closures. We kindly ask that you request any necessary medication refills well in advance so we can all enjoy the holidays with our loved ones.

Membership Pricing Update
Like many businesses, we’re feeling the effects of rising costs. While we've worked hard to maintain stable pricing, a small adjustment will be necessary in the future:

  • Effective January 2026: All new patients will be enrolled at updated rates.

  • Current Patients: Your existing membership rate will remain the same through 2026. Beginning in January 2027, your rate will increase by $10 per member per month.

According to the new “big beautiful bill”, DPC memberships will be/are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement—currently up to $150 per month, with annual adjustments for inflation.

Additionally, we encourage patients to consider switching from credit card payments to ACH (automatic bank drafts) or having your bank mail a check monthly. This helps us reduce processing fees (currently 3% + transaction fees) and allows us to better focus resources on your care.
